Sonoma Wine Tours

The Best Way to See Sonoma While Tasting the Area’s Finest Wines!

When creating our Sonoma wine tours, we kept a few things in mind. We want our guests to truly enjoy a comfortable ride, taste delicious wines of the area, experience an amazing lunch from a local restaurant, and learn about the wineries and history of the area.

Aboard the trolley, you’ll hear narration from your tour guide as the tour begins to move around the historic Sonoma Plaza . Local historian and actor, George Webber, provided much of the material and stories that we share on this tour. We hope you enjoy the upbeat and whimsical style, as we travel through California’s early history. Along the way, we’ll show you many historic landmarks, including: the Sonoma and Swiss Hotels; General Vallejo’s Soldier Barracks, Home, and State Park; Mission San Francisco Solano (Sonoma Mission); the Blue Wing Inn; the Bear Flag Monument; the Sonoma Development Center, and the quaint town of Glen Ellen (where Jack London spent his final years).

Catered Lunch is Included

sonoma wine tours photos 3Our Sonoma wine tours include a catered picnic lunch from the famous the girl & the fig restaurant, served at one of the hidden gem locations in the valley (depending on the weather, lunch is usually served among vineyard views, garden terraces, or wine cellars). Our delicious and hearty lunches are served “family style,” allowing everyone to pick and choose from a variety of sandwiches, side salads, and desserts. There is always plenty of bottled water!

sonoma wine tasting tours“Christopher, our driver, was fun and informative. He knew the history of the valley and had many insights to the region and its people. The wineries visited ranged from the very big to small private businesses. We had plenty of wine to try. And the catered lunch was excellent. I highly recommend this trip.”
